this is a vintage kids scooter in going to say from 3 to 6 this is very collectible scooter from the 1950s its a cheiffire department. now with the original bell underneath. the base of the scooter and it rings while it is moveing or being rode by a kid like a fire engines. siren sound when they are going to put out a fire the would the bell the rubber tires every thing is original great collectors peace or cool for you little kid it shows some ware but still functional. and still looks goodand cool for beingover 60 yrs old great buy tks
