Old Betsy McCall Mail In Paper Dolls From the McCall magazine you could mail in for a Special Betsy McCall paper doll. This one was published in 1968 and comes with the envelope it was mailed in. It features Betsy and her cousin Linda with their clothes and is uncut and in very good condition except for a little edge discoloring from the album they were stored in.
