Soap Stone Nautical Chinese Junk Boats Hand carved Bookends Old - $29 - (Petersburg, VA)

Pair of carved soap stone bookends in nautical design. They each feature an Asian Junk boat on the high seas. Soap stone bookends are very old and show their age. One of the top corners of one bookend looks like it was broken but does not affect the carved design too much. There is a fracture in the stone of same bookend that does not go through the entire stone. Some chipping. See photos for a more complete description.
