9" STEIFF Red Mohair Baby ALFONZO Limited Edition No.: 653773 ~ 1995 #00290/5000 Gorgeous red Baby Alfonzo of Teddy Bears of WitneySpecial issue by QVC Baby Alfonzo is inspired by Alfonzo, the most romantic bear in the world who was given to Princess Xenia of Russia by her father, Grand Duke George Michailovitch, in 1908.Like him, Baby Alfonzo is a red mohair bear by Steiff. Also like the original, he wears a cotton sateen Cossack tunic and trousers. Traditionally stuffed with wood shaving.
