2009 SIMPLICITY LEGACY XL garden tractor. 117 Hours !! 27 HP, 3 Cylinder Diesel, Four Wheel Drive, 54" Mower Deck. 3 PT hitch, Mid PTO, Rear PTO, front hydraulics, tilt steering, cruise control, wheel weights. Garage kept and like new. All documentation, one owner, 80+ years old. We are downsizing. The mower portion was used only for a short time when the tractor was brand new from the dealer. Have a small lawn and now using a lawn service. For the last five+ years, the tractor has only been started up and driven around the house, twice a month. Now has 117 hours total time. Needs nothing.
