I have not tried to clean this in any way whatsoever. There is nearly no-one in driving distance that can tell me much.. I've tried to do research but I stopped. An elderly Indian friend said 18th Century Aztec. It is a Incense burner. He used to identify items for a living. He said value 1200 to 1500. That's all he said. Weight of item 26.2oz I surmise it's been repainted ect I can provide more pictures of requested I tried with and without flash. Closeups ect. The pictures will tell you the condition the few chips. There zero cracks in this item. I cannot 100% verify origin. If buyer is within a reasonable drive I will deliver myself.
