Pair Of Chairs With A Royal Connection - $1,399 - (Front Royal, VA)

A matching rocker and easy chair that came from the same old Virginia Hunt Country home that the Duke and Duchess of Windsor escaped to as the former King dealt with the aftermath of his abdication over the American divorcee he loved.  The couple spent weeks in the old lodge on highway 522 between Flint Hill and Front Royal, Virginia. These chairs have been expertly restored. We purchased them at an auction that took place at the estate in the early 1990's. Local pick-up only.
