VINTAGE *** MINIATURE WALLPAPER *** BOX - $21 - (Cartersville, GA)

Vintage Miniature Wallpaper Box that measures 3 1/4" tall, 5" wide and 3 1/2" deep. The inside and bottom is the unfinished newspaper that they sometimes used to cover the boxes. The outside is tan pattern paper that was under the original design. All that is left of the design is a green leaf and the green band around the top of the box. There are people that recover these in the same technique used 100+ years ago. My mother in law gave me this box from her collection about 15 years ago. I finally found one this size to replace it. My mother in law had this in her collection for 30 years. This is great for a stack of other wallpaper boxes, this small one will fit right on the top. Also wonderful in a bookcase with other miniatures. Good luck on this unbelievable price.
