PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HAS BEEN IN STORAGE AND THE WHEELS ARE STUCK TO THE AXLES so you can knock out the pins holding the wheels to the axle and use the tiller as you normally would and eventually it will start to free wheel and you can then put the pins back in the wheels to lock them to the axle.The only reason it needs free wheel is when you are pushing or pulling it a long way and do not want to run the engine BUT MOST OF US START THE ENGINE AND TRAM/DRIVE THE TILLER TO AND FROM WHEREVER WE TAKE IT so we never use the free wheel anyway but maybe it is important to someone so that is the way I have done and seen other do in the past by using them without the lock pins and it breaks loose and will free wheel if you wish.THIS HAS BEEN USED VERY LITTLE AND IS IN NEXT TO NEW CONDITION OTHER THAN THE RUST OR OTHER COSMETIC BLEMISHS THAT I TRIED TO SHOW IN THE PICTURES.This will be ready to use from the package but REMEMBER THAT THE TRANSMISSION GREASE/OIL WILL BE DRAINED SO YOU MUST REFILL IT.The last picture shows where the depth control mechanism attaches to the transmission so that is why it shows only one bolt holding the back plate as the other two bolts are the bolts holding the mechanism to the transmission and are normal sae bolts.This weighs over 54 pounds and will weigh over 60 pounds after packing and the P.O charges to the next highest pound so shipping is on 60 pounds.I WILL ARRANGE FOR LOCAL PICK-UP.Thanks []
