These are ORIGINAL TROYBILT MADE IN USA TINES between 95 and 100 %.The paint was not worn off them but they had some rust so we painted them for to protect them.AS YOU CAN TELL BY THE NUTS AND BOLTS THERE IS STILL PAINT ON A LOT OF THEM AND WE NEVER PAINTED THE NUTS AND BOLTS.This weighs 11 pounds and 14 ounces and will weigh over 12 pounds after packing and the P.O charges to the next highest pound so shipping is on 13 pounds.Thanks []
