Loved this iPod for the time that I used it, but I upgraded to an iPhone. Never had any trouble or difficultly with this iPod at all! It's in great condition and I just wiped it clean to its factory settings! The pictures show any signs of use, which is very little overall. I just cleaned the headphone jack as well as the lighting cable jack so the sound is better and crisper than ever. Black iPod 7th generation, 16 GB storage and in great condition. Does not come with charger or earphones.
