Blade was given excellent heat treatment and Rockwell hardness of the blade along its edge is 54 and along the spine is 42-45. 4.5 mm thick blade has fantastic hand grinds on both side with top side left with a false edge. Spine of the blade has carries excellent file work. Overall length of this knife is whopping 13.50" and the length of the blade is 8.0". It is made of Hard wood with wood and brass spacers. Knife is a gorgeous Hand forged damascus Guard & But Cap. This sheath is not of universal size but it is just as this knife. The knife come made genuine top quality calf skin.
