Antique French skirt fabric striped cotton for REPAIR - $75 - (Burlington, VT)

~*~Hello and thank you for looking~*~ This lovely Textile is an antique French petticoat / skirt ideal for use of the fabric or for repair! ~ this lovely textile is made from an off-white medium weight cotton with purple and black stripes. The waste is lined with cotton.
