Decorative blue bottle with red leather band - $5 - (Powderly, TX)

13 inches tall blue bottle wrapped red leather or vinyl with metal animal in center. There are no chips or cracks very nice. I do not know anything else about this bottle where it came from. Don't know what the metal animal is in center could not find this bottle . Anyone who knows anything about this I would appreciate feed back. Thank you
