Rebuilt EZGO 295 Pre MCI Engine A rebuildable core must be received before the rebuilt engine will be shipped out. Each rebuilt engine is disassembled, cleaned in a hot tank and thoroughly inspected. Each engine receives: Cylinders check and bored (almost always) Cylinders honed and cross-hatched New piston and ring kits New connecting rods New crankshaft bearings New balance shaft bearings Cylinder head reconditioned New intake valves New valve seals All new gaskets and seals. All reused components are thoroughly inspected and measured to assure they meet oem specifications. Each engine is painted with a hi-temp paint before reassembly. Each engine is mounted on a test stand and ran before it is shipped out.
