I would call this a cream or off-white. THIS SKIRT MEASURES 13" ACROSS THE WAIST, 23" LONG AND 96" PLUS SWEEP, I think they call this full circle, you can double the measurement for full bottom Hand made. Smells like its been in storage. I won't wash it. Pantaloons come with, but the elastic on the waist is no longer good. See photos please.
