This pretty Blue skirt with pink and blue flowers overlay scallop has white lace and blue bows.The skirt: is 24" Long from waist.The non stretched flat measurement for the waist is 16" and 18.5" fully stretched. Could be worn as a skirt or for dancing.The Blouse: Is 23" from neck to hem, 22.5" underarms across front, 11" sleeves.Note: There are 2 small stains on right ruffle sleeve and a small stain on the front neck. The ruffle hides it or the blouse could be worn back wards. The neck does need new elastic or could be sewn to adjust. Both skirt and blouse are cotton and are machine washable.
