This unit has always been owned and serviced by us in house.We have records for all maintenance and service. This machine has only 1818 HRS on it (note: this machine is still in our rental fleet & hrs are subject to change). some features on this unit are: heat & A/C, am&fm radio, halogen work lights, 54 H.P Isuzu engine, 2 spd transmission , 13-14 foot reach with 22' arm length, has an 8' power angle blade, and has a 4' turning radius to get in and out of those tight spaces. this unit has steel tracks with hard rubber blocks bolted to track. has good under carrige.
