Good condition for its age. Traces of red and gold paint. Straight head bolt. No metal overflow between spokes. Tight fitted seams. There are many reproductions of this toy, but if you search the internet and ebay like I did, you likely will not find another made just the way this one is. You will notice this one has a plate steel inner body, whereas all the others I found do not. It is not marked with a maker mark, so since I cannot find another one I don't know who made it. I am guessing it is at least the early 1900's. The driver is missing and the pin that holds the horses together slips out of its hole.; but there is nothing cracked or chipped.
