War of the Rebellion: Official Records. Series I Vol III. Prepared under the Direction of the Secretary of War by BVT Lieut, Col. Robert N. Scott, Third U.S. Artillery. Washington: GPO 1881. Operations in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Indian Territory. May 10-November 18, 1861. This copy has a gift inscription to "J. B. Neal" from Gen. Vance. See the typed card in first photo which was tipped in the book. The book itself is well read and a bit shaken, but the covers are intact and all blanks, pages are present. There is not any other marginalia or other signatures in the book.
