NEVER OPENED! Vintage MARX Toys Tin Two-Story 5 Room Doll House - $300 - (Glendale, WV)

This Marx Toys doll house has never been opened. This was found in a recent family member's estate. As you can see, the box is in excellent condition. In my last picture, you'll see a bit of a crinkle in the corner of the box. The integrity of the box is not damaged.  This has been stored in a walk-in closet, non smoking home. The box is still completely closed. The date on the box says 1974.  Please ask any questions before bidding or purchasing. Thank you.
