NWOT Handmade Festival Dance Rave Leg Flares Bell Bottoms - $29 - (Three Rivers, CA)

Bought these handmade leg flares from Etsy for $48 and have never worn. I bought them for hooping/dancing because they're like bell bottoms but show a bit of upper thigh, super cute. I am 5'5 and weigh about 116, they fit me really well. I would say they're a size small. They are extra long so you can fold the tops down a bit if they are too long, also come with 4 braided straps total, 2 purple, blue, green and 2 black.
