Vintage war photo Child smoking cigarette w/GIs unique odd Korea? Korean - $90 - (Iowa, LA)

Interesting original photograph, found in an old photo album from my grandfather. The photo shows a couple of G.I.s behind a couple of children - one of the children is puffing on a cigarette! Quite interesting to say the least. The photo was found with other photos from the 1950s, so I assume this could be from the Korean War, but I am not positive. I do not know who the individuals are in the photo. The photo is approx. 3.5" x 5".
