Lifan ESI3600iER 3500W ES Inverter Recoil Electric Start, Remote USED - $600 - (Syracuse, NY)

Purchased this at an auction new in box. It turns on with the electric start perfectly but does not generate electricity. I think there is just an issue with the wiring or the inverter is broken. I do not have the ability to fix either. Purchased for $999.99
