1997 SPAULDING HOTBOX4 TON CAPACITYSURGE BRAKES BUT need repair linesVIN: T497-0204-39NO HOLES IN HOPPER. DOES HAVE SOME RUST AS SEEN IN PICSNO holes in hopper that holds asphalt. There is rust as seen in photos. The propane system has not been used or tested so I do not know if they work. However I have bypassed the hoses and used the torches on the unit to heat. The unit will need new brakes and lines. All that being said does work fine to do patching and keep heated.
