Dakota - $800 - (Richmond, VA)

Story: Dakota came to us from an owner surrender. She and the other two mares that came with her were starved. After being featured on a local TELEVISION channel, the owners agreed to surrender them to CVHR. She has quickly gained weight and is currently in training.
