Large 19th C Japanese Kutani Porcelain Kwan Yin Kannon and Attendants - $750 - (Hummelstown, PA)

This is a large porcelain statue of the Goddess Kannon or The Goddess of Mercy. She is depicted in a seated position above a large green dragon with two attendants at her feet. She has been beautifully hand painted with tiny white moriage details. Condition notes: There is a repair to the vase. There is a manufacturing/kiln split on the base located on the back of the statue. She is missing a small section of black paint on her hair. There is some faint crazing on her face.Measurements: 12 1/2" high x 6" wide x 5" deepWeight: 4 pounds 3 ounces
