Porter Cable 513 Heavy-Duty Lock Mortiser - $950 - (Louisville, CO)

Purchased New early December 2016 to mortise less than a dozen doors for a project. Works like a charm! Really impressed. Repackaged into original packing material. Comes with both a 3/4" and 1" width mortising cutter, AND a door hanger to accurately reposition in the same place for multiple doors, which is also really slick. I don't see us doing a similar project again, so onto the sales block it goes. New starts at $1141.00 (Froogle)
