She is former President and International Director of AHNA and is recipient of the 2004 Holistic Nurse of the Year Award. Dr. Andrus is on the faculty of the Health Arts and Science Programs at Goddard College. She served as the Delegation Leader for the first Holistic Nursing Delegation to China/Mongolia in 1994 through the Citizen Ambassdor Program of People to People International.
