You will need to provide your first and last name along with a valid email address. Then, an email would be sent to you by AT&T to prompt you to initiate the transfer on your end. You MUST CALL AT&T to make the transfer. DO NOT accept any plan change which AT&T will offer during transfer process. You would need to either add it your own AT&T account, if you have one, or create a new account with AT&T. You will need to obtain (or already have) your own phone capable of operating in the AT&T network and SIM card. If you do not currently have an AT&T account, AT&T will run a credit check to ensure that you're qualified for their services. A security deposit may be required if you do not qualify. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR BUYERS WHO CANNOT OBTAIN THEIR OWN AT&T ACCOUNT.
