Set of four horseshoe armchairs designed by Edward Wormley for Dunbar, circa 1960s. These earlier versions of the horseshoe armchair feature back/arms and seat constructed of layered wood that is hand-shaped. Solid mahogany square tapered legs. Rosewood splat backrest. Original patterned chenille upholstered loose seat cushions. Seat deck webbing has been replaced. These chairs retain the metal "D" Dunbar label. A couple of preexisting minor repairs.
