This unit is opened and I did use it for about a month, Have all papers and box and packaging.. It is just like you are buying a brand new one. Mint condition 99% perfect. I am hyper gentle with my stereo equipment. I tell it like it is. I have 100% feedback shows no signs of being used. Remote has very small knicks. Thats why I am marking it down to sell. I am marking it down a lot for 1% of ware.This unit sounds amazing. The DAC is AWESOME!!!!!! Came across a McIntosh I could not pass on. So don't use this anymore.
