154pts for use year 2017 auction is for all points on a one time rental No refund on unused points Cost is 18$ per point. Includes fees for my time to book , look up dates or anything related to your rental. Don't have to use all points on one booking. May book as many bookings till points are used No middle man deal directly with the owner of the points. Unlike other rental sites that's why I'm a bit higher but the premium is for convenience of owner to renter directly Othe sites are renter to broker to owner And all communication go thru booker which could lead to errors on booking.
