The 690 discrete op-amp update alone was more than the buy it now price! 990 Uptown moving fader automation; that was a $20,000 upgrade 'back in the day'. Extremely quiet noise floor, console designed for the digital recording revolution back in 1990. I must sell because I moved. DDA is sitting in empty house ready for new owner!!!! Come buy me! I don't want to part it out, but I will if I have no choice, I must move it to sell my house. ** All 36 mic and line amps, moving faders, group outputs, aux sends, computer and Uptown automation were tested last week, everything works!!!*** This is an incredible value, a large format analog split console with 84 inputs available at mix down, in the league of the best consoles out there thanks to it's upgrades. Amazing routing, full patchbay, EDAC banks for cableing, capable of monitoring 48 returns-while still having 36 mic preamps for recording or overdubbing! I have to downsize and move my studio. I am the second owner, I have been fortunate to own this console for 16 years! This was a very hard decision to sell this console, I love the sound and it has made many great albums, TV shows and feature films. This console sounds amazing, extremely reliable, and has a good history. Working SMPTE sync Uptown 990 Version 3.12 moving fader automation! ***This DDA does not sound like a normal DDA.*** It has a custom master summing modification, it was performed over 20 years ago by Steve Firlotte of Inward Connections.
