Vtg Original 1961 Chuckles Character Doll American Doll & Toy Corp Toddler 22" - $157 - (Abbeville, SC)

Very hard to find doll Chuckles.  Made in 1961 by American Doll & Toy Corp for only one year.  She is in very good condition for her age. She does have some pink discoloration on her face please see photos.  Her hair is excellent although I can't tell if it's been cut.  It might just be layered or the way it falls.  It is beautiful either way.  She is strung. Her leg joints are loose.  One of her feet might have a tiny crack, but I think it's just the seam along the doll mold.  Please see all photos.  She is in her original outfit, it doesn't show in the photos but under the apron there are a couple small tears in her dress.  Don't miss out, a doll like this is very rare.  Thanks for looking!
