grist mill - $100,000 - (Hickory, NC)

This grist mill was brought over from Germany by my great great great great great grandfather when the family immigrated into the US in the late 1700s. As you can see in the pictures it has been stored and sealed in a dry building and out of the weather. It is 100% complete and in working order. I has the stones inside and they are not cracked. It can be turned over by hand with no problem. It includes attachment and belt to run via a tractor PTO shaft. It could also be used with a hit and miss engine or a water wheel.
