Monroe Enterprise is looking to take on Roofing ContractorFor a Federal Contract to Repair A Roof on A Shop in Conway, SCThis Project can be up to 50,000+There is a Bid Walk Through that you MUST ATTEND January 10, 2017 at 10:00 Am (Non Mandatory) The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to apply Astec Waterproof Membrane System to Approx. 9,828 Square Feet of existing roofing on the shop.1. Prepare exisiting Roof:a. Waterproof around skylights and penetrationsb. Cover skylights to prevent overspray during Astec applicationc. All fasteners will be inspected for tightness and replaced if stripped or missingd. Pressure wash and clean the entire surfacee. Apply surface conditioner to all previously coated or painted surfacesf. Apply ASTEC B16-71 rust inhibitor to all rusted surfaceg. All fasteners will be coated and sealed with ASTEC WPM #9 to waterproof themh. All roof protrusion areas will be coated with ASTEC WPM #10 acrylic formula which dries with to a tough flexible membranei. All horizontal and vertical seams will be waterproofed with BBt tape and ASTEC WPM #9 2. Install Roof Material:a. apply 2 coats of ASTEC 2000 Re-ply finish the entire surface.b. Install new wind turbines, cap and fam ridge on both sides 3. Remove all excess material, empty containers, equipment and other tools from the jobsiteupon completion of the project.
