SOLID WOOD ROCKING HORSE VINTAGE HAND CARVED Teak Set Of 2 Decoration Decor - $3,000 - (Stuart, FL)
This is for a Beautiful set of handcarved wooden rocking horses. These were imported into the U.S. From Thailand, In the 1940's. Not sure the age, because they were bought used. The tail is made from horse hair. The horse is carved out of teak wood. The rocker part of the horse is made from a different type of wood. I have seen newer Versions that look identical, but the wood is not teak and the tail is carved wood. Please look at all photos before purchasing. There are some cracks in the teak, this is normal in teak wood. The measurements are approximately 35" from the floor to the top of the ear. 11 3/4" wide, approximately 34 inches long. The second horse measures approximately 35 1/4" from the floor to the top of the ear. 34" long and 11 1/2" wide.
