Shows age...but has all 40 pages- no one wrote IN the book on the records page ( but see the back of the book photo for pencil writing on the back ) Measures approximately 8. 1/2 inches by 5. 1/4 inches - top right corner has a dog ear bend that happened at some point...but basically just aged paper.
