KENWOOD KX-70 STEREO CASSETTE DECK for parts or repair - $29 - (Bemidji, MN)

This powers on but the cassettes do not play or move. The fast forward and rewind did not work either. There is a silver piece by where the cassette goes in that keeps turning. The power cord that I have on I found and plugged in it to turn on. That may be a problem but I don't think so? If you have any ideas, let me know.
