1st the bad.The grill cloth has some snags and a couple exposed corners. The previous owner that I bought these from about 15yrs ago had sprayed the cabinets with splatter paint?? I have no idea why, because I stripped it back went I bought them and they looked fine. There is still some left on the rear and a little over spray on some of the drivers metal. One of the mids wire was broken on a move. I have tested it after the break and it works fine but I am not that good and soldering small things so I have not attempted it. The good, cabinets are very solid and in good condition. There are some small scratches and some rings visible on one. These speakers are built like tanks and until that midrange wire deal were my number one go to Speaker. These are incredible sounding speakers and that is no bull. These are very heavy so shipping is only to the lower 48 and no p.o. boxes. I would prefer a local cash pickup.
