a near mint set of 1979 Quad ESL 57s the speakers have had the burlap removed and grills restored, they also have custom stands as well as a tweeter atop each speaker - Cardas binding posts and new magnetically shielded power cables were installed. I just removed the power supplies, changed all the diodes and resistors, amd repotted the power supply. Reflowed the solder at all the connections in the crossover The sound is perfect Simply - the most detailed speaker you can buy - they do not play overwhelmingly loud - but with my Mac MC240 - it will play at 90-95 db constantly without issue. OE efficiency for these was 84db 1w/1m shipping will not be cheap as they will have to be packaged in 3 boxes to be safe - so local pickup with CASH is ideal - but i'll freight them if you like
