Tandberg TPT 3031 A Programmable Tuner      Up for sale is a nice Tandberg TPT Programmable Tuner. This is a high quality tuner built in Norway with excellent design and build quality. It is in the same family tree as the 3001A which is considered to be one of the finest tuners ever designed and built.   This unit was recently serviced.  All switches and dials were cleaned.  Technician assured that this is a very nice item in great functional shape.  The top has a minor scratch that could be easily repaired.   This machine is 110v.
