Our process is simple. We buy used, working, computers via eBay. We clean and re-establish all the internal connections. We upgrade with used/new SSDs and RAM using only name-brands like Crucial, Toshiba, SanDisk, Samsung, etc. We reinstall OS Sierra and ship to you ready to set-up as new. We also offer the standard 14-day eBay return policy and will certainly work with you after that (for a reasonable amount of time). Just read our reviews.
