This unit has a Windows XP COA key sticker and currently has a fresh installation of Windows XP and system drivers. This unit has 4 USB ports in the back and 2 in the front. There are some surface marks on the case from normal use that do not effect the function of the computer. Both pictures are of the same computer from different angles.
