Simon and Halbig 1079 Antique 25" German Doll, bisque head #12 - $349 - (Marysville, OH)

The doll is marked on the back of the neck with an incised mold mark "S & H, 1079, DEP, Germany, 12. Simon & Halbig Co. was founded in Germany in 1839 and began making dolls in 1869. This doll dates in the late 1800's or early 1900's.This doll is in very good condition for its age. No damage to bisque head or body. Clothing is also in good condition.
