Vintage rubber baby girl squeaker bare bottom doll with dino/lizard? Very Rare - $50 - (Carmel, IN)

I don't know anything about this doll. It was in my grandmas collection & has no markings I can see. It looks like it may be a squeaker toy but it is real hard so it can't be squeaked.If you look & know anything please message me. She has a bare bottom & looks like a dinosaur or lizard she is holding. She is approx. 6" tall I was told she is probably from the 1950's which would be right as their oldest daughter was born in 1953.Thanks in advance!
