The physical condition of this item is fair with some scuffs and scratches from normal use. There are a fair amount of scratches to the top of the unit as can be somewhat seen in picture #5. Also the mounts that hold the plastic cover on the arm are snapped off (see picture #6), however this doesn't seem to affect functionality at all.
