Wow!!! If you only read a few of these actual accounts of what those brave men did under horrible conditions, it will leave you speachless.... This is obviously a very, very rare manuscript. If anyone has a connection to the 3rd Division or is just interested in what took place during World War I, this is fascinating reading. I believe all of those men are now deceased. Because I live in the same town as the WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA MUSEUM is located in, this is the kind of volume they would appreciate receiving, if anyone was in a position to buy it and later consider donating it to them, where it would join all the other artifacts that have been collected to honor all those who have served our country in time of need. Keep the museum in mind on some future trip to Maine. We are a short drive from Bar Harbor & Acadia National Park.
