Rare Antique metal water cooler - $150 - (Naples, TX)

This is a very rare vintage or antique water cooler, I have only been able to find one online that was similar to it and that one was thought to be made around 1910-1920. It is a galvanized metal insulated cooler handpainted in an off-white with a functioning brass spigot. In very good condition, did not want to sand and paint as I am sure this is the original paint.
